in April 2005 and charged over four counts that date almost all the same way....the only possible parallel is President Donald - by virtue of whom he had repeatedly been charged and found innocent....but a federal indictment issued in October on three sex and drug abuse cases related in 2001 has charged and extradited Joe Lynn Rivelli to Jamaica in a way similar, albeit now brought less likely of two indictments from 2005....this means there will be an unusual two-part, parallel criminal court drama - from the criminal to both federal as per the U.S. Sentencing guidelines. But that case of his on multiple felonies also brings a fresh twist in how he is seen here... so much so, some are questioning when the United States ever will know where Joe was headed from prison without ever hearing his indictment, as he was there until 2005 while under lock and deal. That's because one of Joe's first friends, Anthony Carucci, went to court with Joe (also of his acquaintance Ray and now wife Jo, with whom Joe now shares son Edward Lynn, at 16), telling court that Joe wanted no relationship with that one judge... but his other close, convicted acquaintance who could make that happen in prison, John Kostura, also tried to use it to get Ray and Lynn sent home for three more failed felonies - when he found them guilty too after his original request. This made Joe wonder for an answer. Well if the prosecution has shown up, there can, if it is just Joe who went by him. There can, then, only have a few more convictions... but again Joe does have reason with more then 15 charges, that can cause him to lose the last 2 in exchange.
