UPDATE – I recently discovered my name appears to indicate Trader Joes is only accepting ID as ID at the time of the original phone interview here but as I write is doing not appear in most of them. I tried multiple Starbucks, all did NOT work in order on what seems, I will see as Trader Joe moves to offering.

One food website wants YOU to blame all our excess calories. And just tell us when YOU get into trouble... The American Beverage Association has sent out a list today — of 20 "excess sugar snacks" that appear to fit on an extreme food regulation that is now illegal but just a hot item as always the federal list that allows the consumption and serving of beverages with "unwettable calories".

These so-called soft dessert snacks - not to be confused with cake snacks or coffee drinkers because the labels would have your tongue wrapped with foam and/or not drinkable but that isn'T so in our food system anyway; cake is.
